Impact of the workshop “Protejo, getting to know me a little more“ in the students of the 5° of high school in the I.E “Víctor Morón Muñoz“ in 2023.

Abstract

Objective: The study aimed to determine the impact of the workshop "I Protect, Knowing Myself a Little More" on the level of knowledge and sexual attitudes of 5th-year secondary school students at Víctor Morón Muñoz School in 2023. Design: A quasi-experimental, prospective, longitudinal study. Results: Regarding the sociodemographic characteristics of the 5th-year secondary students at Víctor Morón Muñoz School, the average age was 16 years (46.2%), ranging from 15 to 17 years, with 57.1% female participants. The section with the most participants was 5°C (39.6%). In the pre-test, the level of sexual knowledge was:

Deficient: 1.1% Moderate: 35.2% Good: 63.7% In the post-test:

Moderate: 4.4% Good: 95.6% Regarding sexual attitudes, the pre-test reported:

Regular: 3.3% Good: 96.7% In the post-test:

Good: 100% Conclusion: The workshop "I Protect, Knowing Myself a Little More" had a significant impact on the level of knowledge and sexual attitudes of 5th-year secondary school students at Víctor Morón Muñoz School in 2023.

Las gestantes cuando presentan emergencias obstétricas son referidas a hospitales con capacidad resolutiva. OBJETIVO del estudio fue describir el manejo de las referencias y contrareferencias de las emergencias obstétricas atendidas en el Hospital Nacional Daniel Alcides Carrión, en los años 2021 y 2022. MATERIALES Y MÉTODOS indican que el estudio fue observacional, descriptivo, retrospectivo y transversal. Se trabajó una muestra de 177 referencias, el muestreo fue no probabilístico por conveniencia. Se elaboró la base de datos en el programa Excel y se realizó el análisis estadístico en el programa SPSS versión 25. RESULTADOS indican que 30.5% de las gestantes presentaban edades entre 23 a 28 años. Los principales diagnósticos de referencia fueron preeclampsia con 32.2% y amenaza de parto pretérmino con 20.3%. El Centro de Salud Perú-Corea-Bellavista refirió 21.5% gestantes, 56.5% presentaron resultados negativos a coronavirus. 85.9% de referencias fueron coordinadas y 85.9% de contrareferencias estuvieron anexadas y llenas al momento del alta. En CONCLUSIÓN, los principales diagnósticos que motivaron la referencia fueron preeclampsia y amenaza de parto pretérmino, el Centro de Salud Perú-Corea-Bellavista generó mayor cantidad de referencias y se cumplió el proceso de referencias y contrareferencias en las emergencias obstétricas
