Occupational risk factors in the nursing staff in the operating room of an EsSalud level II hospital - 2020

Abstract

The present research study is of an application level, quantitative in nature as the findings have a numerical value, and a simple descriptive cross-sectional method. The population will be made up of 45 nursing graduates in the operating room and its Post-Anesthesia Recovery Unit, designated in rotating shifts, the sample is census-based as it is a minimum population with a minimum inclusion criterion of 1 year of care function. . The study technique that will be used is the survey with which a significant amount of data will be obtained in an optimal and efficient way. To measure the risk factors, the instrument will be used with a modified Likert scale and again submitted to expert judgment by the Jury, which includes 26 items grouped into 5 dimensions with optional responses for each item. The measurement of the variable will be carried out through descriptive statistics, the arithmetic average, the percentage and the absolute frequency being valued in present and absent.

El presente estudio de investigación es de nivel aplicativo, de tipo cuantitativo al poseer un valor numérico los hallazgos, de método descriptivo simple de corte transversal. La población estará constituida por 45 licenciadas(os) en enfermería en sala de operaciones y su Unidad de Recuperación Posanestésica, designadas(os) en turnos rotativos, la muestra es censal por ser una población mínima con criterio de inclusión mínimo 1 año de función asistencial. La técnica de estudio que se empleará es la encuesta con la cual se obtendrá una cantidad importante de datos de forma óptima y eficaz. Para medir los factores de riesgo se utilizará el instrumento una escala de Likert modificado y sometido nuevamente a juicio de expertos por Jurado, el cual comprende 26 ítems agrupados en 5 dimensiones con respuestas opcionales para cada ítem, la medición de la variable se realizará mediante la estadística descriptiva, el promedio aritmético, el porcentaje y la frecuencia absoluta siendo valorado en presente y ausente.
