Risk factors that influence the occupational health of nursing staff working in the sterilization center of the regional hospital of Ayacucho, 2022

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the risk factors that influence the occupational health of the nursing staff who work in the Sterilization Center of the Regional Hospital of Ayacucho 2022. The research is a prospective and quantitative cross-sectional approach, the collection of data information was used, the demonstration and support of the hypothesis was carried out with the analysis and the statistic. When we talk about a quantitative investigation, we will observe the statistical data, which supports the approach, and we observe statistical analysis or behaviors of the phenomena and problems raised. Type of correlational analytical study and non-experimental, cross-sectional and prospective design.

Objetivo: Analizar los factores de riesgo que influyen en la salud ocupacional del personal de enfermería que labora en Central de Esterilización del Hospital Regional de Ayacucho 2022. La investigación es un enfoque prospectivo y cuantitativo transversal, se utilizó la recolección de la información de los datos, se realizó las demostración y sustentación de la hipótesis con el análisis y el estadístico. Cuando hablamos de una investigación cuantitativa, observaremos los datos estadísticos, que sustenta el enfoque, y observamos análisis estadístico o comportamientos de los fenómeno y problemas planteados. Tipo de estudio analítico correlacional y diseño no experimental, transversal y prospectivo.
