Ergonomic risk and job performance of nursing staff in the surgical center of the private clinic Montesur, Lima - Peru, 2022

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the relationship between ergonomic risks and the work performance of the nursing staff in the surgical center of the Private Clinic Montesur Lima, 2022. The methodological process is adjusted to the hypothetical-deductive method framed within the quantitative approach, is registered as a descriptive field, under a nonexperimental cross-sectional design. The population is made up of 23 nursing professionals who work in said unit, complying with the inclusion criteria, the universe under study will comprise the entire population, so no sample will be selected from it. As a data collection technique, the survey will be used as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument. The latter was designed by the researcher, being structured by structure with 46 questions: 35 from the first part and 11 from the second with items; all of them following an ordinal pattern of response with Likert-type scaling (Never (0), Almost never (1), Sometimes (2), Almost always (3) and Always (4) In addition, it will be validated by experts and submitted to a reliability process through Cronbach's Alpha. After data collection, a double-entry matrix will be made using the Microsoft Excel Windows 1997-2003 database, which will be processed through the Epi program. Info version 7. And for the hypothesis test, the Spearman's Rho statistic will be used to achieve the research objectives.

La presente investigación persigue como objetivo analizar la relación de los riesgos ergonómicos y el desempeño laboral del personal de enfermería en el centro quirúrgico de la Clínica Privada Montesur Lima, 2022. El proceso metodológico se ajusta al método al hipotético –deductivo enmarcado dentro del enfoque cuantitativo, se inscribe como de campo descriptivo, bajo un diseño no experimental transversal. La población está conformada por 23 profesionales de enfermería que laboran en dicha unidad cumpliendo con los criterios de inclusión el universo en estudio comprenderá la totalidad de la población, por lo que no se seleccionará muestra de la misma. Como técnica recolección de los datos se utilizará como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario.
