Level of compliance and attitude in nursing staff regarding the storage conditions of sterile material in the operating room of the national mother-child teaching hospital San Bartolomé Lima, 2022

Abstract

Objective: Analyze the relationship between the level of compliance and the attitude of nursing staff regarding the storage conditions of sterile material in the operating room of the Hospital Nacional Docente Madre Niño San Bartolomé Lima 2022. Material and method: Quantitative approach, deductive cutting method transversal and prospective. The population will be made up of 30 nursing professionals in the Operating Room of the “San Bartolomé” National Teaching Hospital, therefore, a sample will be taken from the entire population under study, as it is a finite population. The data collection technique will be the survey and the instrument will be a questionnaire, containing closed and open questions. Content validity will be evaluated by expert judgments. Univariate statistical analysis will be applied to find percentages in qualitative variables and measures of central tendency for quantitative variables. For bivariate analysis, the chi square test will be applied to measure the association between qualitative variables, to determine the mean between the categories of a qualitative variable. and a quantitative variable, the independent t test and one-way analysis of variance will be applied, with statistical significance.

Objetivo: Analizar la relación del nivel de cumplimiento con la actitud en personal de enfermería sobre las condiciones de almacenamiento de material estéril en sala de operaciones del Hospital Nacional Docente Madre niño san Bartolomé Lima 2022. Material y método: Enfoque cuantitativo, método deductivo de corte trasversal y prospectivo. La población estará conformada por 30 profesionales de enfermería en Sala de Operaciones del Hospital Nacional Docente “San Bartolomé”, por lo tanto, se tomará una muestra de la totalidad de la población en estudio, por ser una población finita. La Técnica de recolección de datos será la encuesta y el instrumento un cuestionario, conteniendo preguntas cerradas y abiertas. La validez de contenido será evaluada por juicios de expertos. Se aplicará análisis estadístico univariado para hallar porcentajes en variables cualitativas y medidas de tendencia central para variables cuantitativas, para el análisis bivariado se aplicará la prueba chi cuadrado para medir la asociación entre las variables cualitativas, para determinar la media entre las categorías de una variable cualitativa y una variable cuantitativa se aplicará la prueba t independiente y el análisis de varianza de una vía, con significancia estadística.
