Mothers' knowledge and attitudes about post-vaccination reactions in children under 1 year of age in a health center, Lima 2023

Abstract

There is limited knowledge in Peru regarding minor local adverse reactions and associated care procedures. The objective of the study is "To determine the level of knowledge and attitudes of mothers about post-vaccinal reactions in children under 1 year of age in a health center, Lima 2023. Methodology: It presents a quantitative, descriptive, correlational, cross-sectional approach, we will work with a total population of 84 mothers collecting data through a questionnaire. The data collection will be carried out through the SPSS V26 program where it will be analyzed statistically and will allow the elaboration of tables and frequency graphs, as well as the correlation coefficient between the variables.

En el Perú existe un conocimiento limitado en relación a las respuestas adversas locales menores y los procedimientos de cuidados asociados. El objetivo del estudio es “Determinar el nivel de conocimientos y actitudes de las madres sobre reacciones post vacunales, en niños menores de 1 año de un centro de salud, lima 2023. Metodología: Presenta un enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo, correlacional de corte transversal, se trabajará con la población total de 84 madres de familia recolectando los datos por medio del cuestionario
