Stress level and its relationship with anxiety in nursing staff during the covid-19 pandemic in the emergency service of the carlos la franco la hoz hospital, stone bridge 2021

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the stress and anxiety levels of nursing staff during the covid19 pandemic in the emergency service of the Carlos Lan Franco la Hoz hospital in the Puente Piedra district in 2021. Materials and methods: This study collects data to test hypotheses supported by statistical analysis and qualitative analysis or attributes described to determine the outcome of behavioral patterns in a population. When we talk about quantitative research, we take the field of statistics for granted. In addition, it is based on an objective factual analysis from quantitative measurements and statistical analysis to determine the predictions or behavior of the phenomena or problems posed.

Objetivo: Analizar los niveles de estrés y ansiedad del personal de enfermería durante la pandemia de covid19 en el servicio de urgencias del hospital Carlos Lan Franco la Hoz del distrito de Puente Piedra en el año 2021 Materiales y métodos: Este estudio recopila datos para comprobar hipótesis sustentadas en análisis estadísticos y análisis cualitativos o atributos descritos para determinar el resultado de patrones de comportamiento en una población. Cuando hablamos de una investigación cuantitativa, damos por sentado el campo de la estadística. Además, se basa en un análisis fáctico objetivo a partir de mediciones cuantitativas y análisis estadísticos para determinar las predicciones o el comportamiento, de los fenómenos o problemas planteados.
