Humanized nursing care and its relationship with patient satisfaction in the surgical center service of the Clinica Servi Salud Lima 2022

Abstract

Objective: Determine the relationship between humanized nursing care and patient satisfaction in the surgical center service of the Servi Salud Clinic, Lima 2022. Materials and methods: the approach will be quantitative, correlational design. The population will be made up of nursing professionals from the SERVISALUD clinic. The sample will be made up of 90 nursing professionals. The first instrument is called “perception of humanized care behaviors in nursing” (PCHE). This instrument has 3 dimensions. To evaluate user satisfaction, the instrument will be a closed multiple-choice questionnaire (Likert scale), prepared by Nursing graduate Ramírez I. This instrument has 4 dimensions. The results of the study will allow the management team of the health establishment to make decisions to improve the care of nursing professionals.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el cuidado humanizado de enfermería y la satisfacción de los pacientes del servicio de centro quirúrgico de la Clínica Servi Salud, Lima 2022. Materiales y métodos: el enfoque será cuantitativo, diseño correlacional. La población estará conformada por los profesionales de enfermería de la clínica SERVISALUD. La muestra estará conformada por 90 profesionales de enfermería. El primer instrumento es denominado “percepción de comportamientos de cuidado humanizado en enfermería“ (PCHE). Dicho instrumento cuenta con 3 dimensiones. Para evaluar la satisfacción del usuario, el instrumento será un cuestionado cerrado de opción múltiple (escala de Likert), elaborada por la Licenciada de enfermería Ramírez I. Dicho instrumento cuenta con 4 dimensiones. Los resultados del estudio permitirán al equipo gestor del establecimiento de salud, tomar decisiones para la mejorar la atención de los profesionales de enfermería.
