Relationship between level of knowledge and practices of healthy lifestyles in students of the professional academic school of human nutrition of the Norbert Wiener Private University, Lima-Peru, 2022

Abstract

Objective: Determine the relationship between level of knowledge and practice of healthy lifestyles in students of the Professional Academic School of Human Nutrition of the Norbert Wiener Private University, Lima-Peru, 2022. Methodology: Analytical, hypothetical-deductive study with focus quantitative, non-experimental, descriptive-correlational, analytical, transversal and prospective. For data collection, a survey was used for each variable, both with closed questions. Results: Weak indirect correlation between level of knowledge and lifestyle practices (r= -0.035; p=0.781). Conclusion: There is a weak, indirectly proportional negative relationship between the levels of knowledge and healthy lifestyle practices in nutrition students at the Norbert Wiener Private University Lima-Peru, 2022.

Introducción: Los estilos de vida saludable tienen una importante relación con la salud de las personas. Metodología: Estudio observacional analítico de corte transversal. La población del estudio estuvo conformada por los estudiantes de la EAP Nutrición
