Abstract

el Objetivo planteado fue: Determinar la relación entre el método canguro y el manejo de dolor en el recién nacido prematuros sometidos a procedimientos invasivos en una institución 2023, para alcanzar este estudio, Metodología: se enfocó en el método hipotético deductivo dentro del paradigma cuantitativo, en el tipo de estudio básico de diseño no experimental de corte transversal y de alcance correlacional, la muestra intencional está conformado por 42 recién nacidos, a quienes se les evalúa mediante un instrumento estandarizado en el manejo del dolor, y de un cuestionario de comportamiento a las madres de los recién nacidos. Los datos a obtener se ordenarán en una base de datos para ser trasladado al SPSS 25.0 y analizar de acuerdo a los objetivos previsto

Introduction: The treatment that the newborn receives, when it is premature, requires specialized attention, since the risk in which they are found requires intervention through surgical actions, in which the dosage of medications through the invasive method generates a reaction. to pain, therefore, in the care of neonates with this characteristic, the application of the kangaroo mother method would be mitigating various conditions of insecurity, on the contrary it would be favoring the adequate care of the newborn, by controlling the temperature, the feeding system with direct breastfeeding, therefore, in this study the Objective was: Determine the relationship between the kangaroo method and pain management in premature newborns undergoing invasive procedures in an institution 2023, to achieve this study, Methodology. focused on the hypothetical deductive method within the quantitative paradigm, in the type of basic study of non-experimental crosssectional design and correlational scope, the intentional sample is made up of 42 newborns, who are evaluated using a standardized instrument in the pain management, and a behavioral questionnaire to the mothers of the newborns. The data to be obtained will be organized in a database to be transferred to SPSS 25.0 and analyzed according to the planned objectives.
