The general objective of the study was to determine how nursing care is related to patient satisfaction at the Servisalud Lima 2023 Surgical Center Service. For the development of the project, the quantitative correlational research design was used, applied to a sample of 90 postoperative patients, the sampling technique will be simple random. In chapter 1 of the research project, the problem statement, formulation, objectives and research delimitations were carried out. In chapter 2 the theoretical framework, background, theoretical bases and hypothesis formulation was carried out, with respect to chapter 3 the method, approach, type of investigation, design, population, sample and sampling and finally the operationalization and matrix of consistency. Results, the relationship of nursing care in its dimension qualities of nursing with the satisfaction of the patient of the Surgical Center Service of the Servisalud Lima 2023 Clinic, where there is moderately favorable with medium satisfaction in 46.7%, related in 49% The relationship of nursing care in its dimension openness to nurse-patient communication is related to patient satisfaction, where there is moderately favorable with a median satisfaction of 43.3%, related to 77%. The relationship of nursing care in its willingness to care dimension is related to patient satisfaction, there is moderately favorable with a median satisfaction of 53.3%, related to 71%. The relationship of nursing care with patient satisfaction, where it was found that there is moderately favorable with a median satisfaction of 63.3%, related to 60%.
Resumen
Objetivo: Determinar como el cuidado enfermero se relaciona con la satisfacción del paciente del Servicio de Centro Quirúrgico de la Clínica Servisalud Lima. Material y métodos: El enfoque metodológico utilizado fue hipotetico- deductivo, cuantitativo, no experimental, observacional, descriptivo, transversal y correlacional. La muestra fueron 160 adultos del centro quirurgico de la clinica servisalud, siendo seleccionadas por criterios de inclusión y exclusión de la investigación. Para medir la relacion entre cuidado humanizado y satisfaccion del paciente se utilizó el instrumento cuestionario “Percepción de comportamientos de cuidado humanizado de enfermería” y este comprende 32 ítems agrupados en 3 dimensiones y cuestionario de Caring Assessment Instrument comprende 46items agrupados en 6 dimensiones . La validación para los dos instrumentos fueron por cinco jueces expertos especialistas, para lo cual se aplicó la P <0.05: Es aceptable.
