Early contact of the newborn in the neonatology service, in a maternal and child center, Lima 2019

Abstract

Early contact between mother and child creates and promotes the emotional bond, continuously increasing maternal self-esteem, reducing anxiety, improving the feeling of acceptance in the new role and satisfaction during the birth process, therefore, it is essential in the development and survival of the newborn. That is why the objective of this research is; determine the level of early contact of the newborn in the neonatology service in a maternal and child center, Lima, 2019. Regarding the study methodology, the type is descriptive, cross-sectional, non-experimental design, we will work with a population of 92 mothers, also being a minimum amount, we will work with the 92 mothers as a sample. Regarding the instruments, an observation sheet consisting of 14 items will be used. In the data analysis, the statistical programs Excell 2013 and Spss with version 25.0 will be used to prepare frequency tables and bar graphs for the presentation of results, thereby providing the conclusions and recommendations of the case. .

El contacto precoz de madre a hijo crea y favorece el vínculo afectivo, aumentando de manera continua la autoestima materna, disminuye la ansiedad, mejora el sentimiento de aceptación frente al nuevo rol y a la satisfacción durante el proceso de parto, por lo tanto, es esencial en el desarrollo y supervivencia del recién nacido. Es por lo que el objetivo de la presente investigación es; determinar el nivel del contacto precoz del recién nacido en el servicio de neonatología en un centro materno infantil, Lima, 2019. En cuanto a la metodología de estudio el tipo es descriptivo de corte transversal el diseño no experimental, se trabajará con una población de 92 madres igualmente al ser una cantidad mínima se trabajará con las 92 madres como muestra. En cuanto a los instrumentos se utilizará una ficha de observación que consto de 14 ítems. En el análisis de datos se hará uso de los programas estadísticos del Excell 2013 y el Spss con versión 25.0, para la elaboración de tablas de frecuencia y gráficos de barra para la presentación de resultados, con lo que se brindaran las conclusiones y recomendaciones del caso.
