Abstract

The objective is to determine the relationship that exists between Technostress and the work performance of the workers in the office area of ​​the company GMO Luxottica, Lima 2022 and as a specific objective to determine the relationship that exists between their dimension of Skepticism, Fatigue, anxiety and inefficiency. with the work performance of workers in the office area. Materials and Method: It is a study with a hypothetical - deductive method, quantitative approach, type of applied research, non-experimental design, correlational, transversal scope, the population is a total finite population of 80 employees in the office area. The technique to be used will be the survey, using 2 questionnaires as an instrument (Wont Team Techno-stress Evaluation Questionnaire and Job Performance Evaluation), these questionnaires will help collect pertinent information that in turn will help answer the hypotheses. raised in the research. On the other hand, it should be emphasized that in each process of research development, conduct consistent with ethical principles will be maintained.

El objetivo es determinar la relación que existe entre el Tecnoestrés y el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores del área de oficina de la empresa GMO Luxottica, Lima 2022 y como objetivo específico determinar la relación que existe entre su dimensión de Escepticismo, Fatiga, ansiedad e ineficiencia con el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores en el área de oficina. Matariles y Método: Es un estudio de método hipotético – deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo de investigación aplicada, diseño no experimental, alcance correlacional, transversal, la población la constituye una población finita total de 80 empleados del área de oficina. La técnica a utilizar será la encuesta, haciendo uso de 2 cuestionarios como instrumento (Cuestionario de evaluación del Tecno-estrés del Equipo Wont y Evaluación del desempeño laboral), estos cuestionarios ayudarán a recopilar la información pertinente que a su vez ayudará a responder las hipótesis planteado en la investigación. Por otra parte, cabe recalcar que en cada proceso del desarrollo de la investigación se mantendrá una conducta apegada a principios éticos.
