Knowledge and attitudes of nursing staff in the management of biosafety measures in a surgical center of a national hospital, Lima, 2022.

Abstract

Introduction: It is the information and skills that the human being or person acquires through their mental abilities, it is obtained through the ability to identify, observe and analyze facts and information that surrounds the person. Objetive: To determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes of the nursing staff in the management of biosafety measures in the Surgical Center of a National Hospital 2022. Materials and methods: hypothetical deductive method with a quantitative approach will be applied, non-experimental research will be applied where 2 variables will be measured, cross-sectional since the data will be collected at a given time, the sample will be made up of the total population of 60 nurses from the surgical center because it is a limited quantity. For the first and second variable, already validated instruments have been used, the reliability of the first instrument was obtained with "Crombach's alpha", presented: 0.751 which is acceptable for research purposes, the reliability with respect to the second instrument was obtained applying the "Cronbach's alpha" test, according to Alayo and Diestra (α=0.854) using the "SPSS 20" statistical package. The information obtained will be coded and entered with "Microsoft Excel 2020" (Code Table and Data Matrix Table). They will then be exported to the statistical software SPSS Version 26 for the process - data analysis.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre el nivel conocimiento y actitudes del personal de enfermería en el manejo de medidas de bioseguridad en Centro Quirúrgico de un Hospital Nacional 2022. Materiales y métodos: se aplicará método hipotético- deductivo con enfoque cuantitativo, se aplicará investigación no experimental donde serán medidas 2 variables, de corte transversal ya que los datos serán recolectados en un momento dado, la muestra estará conformada por el total de población de 60 enfermeros de centro quirúrgico por ser una cantidad limitada. Para la primera y segunda variable se harán uso instrumentos ya validados, la confiabilidad del primer instrumento se obtuvo con “alfa de Crombach”, presentó: 0.751 lo que es aceptable para fines de investigación, la confiabilidad respecto al segundo instrumento se obtuvo aplicando la prueba de “alfa de Cronbach”, según Alayo y Diestra (α=0.854) haciendo uso del paquete estadístico “SPSS 20”. La información obtenida será codificada y digitada con “Microsoft Excel 2020” (Tabla de Códigos y Tabla Matriz de Datos). Luego serán exportados al software estadístico SPSS Versión 26 para el proceso - análisis de datos.
