Quality of nursing care and user satisfaction in renal replacement therapy in a specialized center of Comas, 2022

Abstract

The present investigative work will have as general objective to determine the relationship between quality of nursing care and user satisfaction in renal replacement therapy in a specialized center of Comas 2022, the study method is deductive, quantitative approach, applied type, observational design, descriptive and correlational, the population is made up of all the patients who attend the hemodialysis center, the sample is 80 patients, the sampling was non-probabilistic for convenience. Two instruments will be used: for the quality of nursing care, a 28-item dichotomous questionnaire, and to determine user satisfaction, a 25- item Likert survey will be used. Both instruments were validated by expert judgment, for reliability the authors of the the instruments used KR20 and Cronbach's Alpha respectively. To process the data, the normality test (KS) will be applied to each of the variables, in order to see if it has a normal or non-normal distribution. Then, parametric tests (Pearson's correlation) or non-parametric tests (Spearman's Rho) will be used to test the hypothesis. Keywords: Quality of care, patient satisfaction, nursing care

El presente trabajo investigativo tendrá como objetivo general determinar la relación entre calidad de cuidado enfermero y satisfacción del usuario en terapia de reemplazo renal en un centro especializado de Comas 2022, el método del estudio es hipotético deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada, diseño observacional, descriptivo y correlacional, la población es de todos los pacientes que asisten al centro de hemodiálisis la muestra es de 80 pacientes, el muestreo fue no probabilístico por conveniencia. Se utilizarán dos instrumentos: para la calidad de cuidado enfermero un cuestionario dicotómico de 28 ítems, y para determinar la satisfacción del usuario se utilizará una encuesta tipo Likert de 25 ítems, ambos instrumentos fueron validadas por juicio de expertos, para la confiabilidad los autores de los instrumentos utilizaron KR20 y Alfa de Cronbach respectivamente. Para procesar los datos se aplicará la prueba de normalidad (KS) a cada una de las variables, para poder visualizar si tiene distribución normal o no normal. Luego se utilizará pruebas paramétricas (correlación de Pearson) o no paramétricas (Rho de Spearman) para contrastar la hipótesis
