Knowledge and management of central venous catheter in nursing staff, intensive care unit in Lima Clinic - 2022.

Abstract

Objective: Determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and management of the central venous catheter in nursing staff of the Intensive Care Unit in a clinic in Lima-2022. Material and method: The research responds to the hypothetical deductive method, it has a quantitative approach, it is applied, the research design will be observational, the level of the research is correlational, as well as cross-sectional. The population that constitutes it is a total of 33 nursing graduates from a clinic in Lima. The knowledge questionnaire was used, taken from Escate, for which the reliability was determined using the Kuder-Richardson formula 20, where 0.716 reliability was estimated for the study, and the Quispe checklist was also applied. and Ari, reliability was obtained using the Kuder-Richardson coefficient 20, giving the value 0.798. resulting in the application of the checklist.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y manejo del catéter venoso central en personal de enfermería de la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos en una clínica de Lima-2022. Material y método: La investigación responde al metodo hipotético deductivo, tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, es de tipo aplicada, el diseño de la investigación será observacional, el nivel de la investigación es correlacional, además de corte transversal. La población que lo constituye conforman un total de 33 licenciados enfermería de una clínica en Lima. Se utilizó el cuestionario de conocimiento, tomado de Escate, para el cual se obtuvo la confiabilidad se determinó mediante la fórmula de Kuder-Richardson 20, donde se estimó el 0.716 de confiabilidad para el estudio, asi también se aplico la lista de chequeo de Quispe y Ari, la confiabilidad se obtuvo mediante el coeficiente de Kuder-Richardson 20, dando como valor el 0.798. dando como resultado la aplicación de la lista de chequeo.
