Objective: To be able to determine the connection that occurs in the perception of quality focused solely on our central theme, which is attention, the level of adherence based on the treatment received by various people who suffer from various diseases, however, in this research We will focus on patients with tuberculosis who are located in a maternity and child center in Lima in the year 2023. Methodology: The present investigation will be of a descriptive type because we will be in charge of limiting the description of the current situation of each variable presented, based on the level that this investigation presents; This will be characterized by being correlational because the existing connection between the perception of the quality of care and the level of adherence to treatment denoted by patients affected by tuberculosis will be made. In the current study, the sample number will be made up of 60 patients affected by tuberculosis from a maternity and child center in Lima. This information will be developed through the survey, in addition we will use 2 questionnaires as an evaluation instrument that will be in charge of measuring the perception of the quality of care and the level of adherence to the patient's treatment. These instruments have been previously validated.
Resumen
La presente investigación será de tipo descriptivo porque nos encargaremos de limitar la descripción de la situación actualmente de cada variable presentada, basándonos en el nivel que presenta esta investigación; esta se caracterizará por ser correlacional porque se realizará la conexión existente entre la percepción de la calidad de atención y el nivel de adherencia al tratamiento que denotan los pacientes afectados de tuberculosis. En el estudio actual el número de muestra será conformada por 60 pacientes afectados por tuberculosis de un centro materno infantil de Lima. Esta información será desarrollada por medio de la encuesta, además utilizaremos como instrumento de evaluación 2 cuestionarios que se encargarán de medir la percepción de la calidad que hay en la atención y el nivel de adherencia al tratamiento del paciente. Estos instrumentos han sido previamente validados.
