Occupational stress related to the quality of care provided by the nurse as perceived by the adult patient in the Oncology area of the Sergio E. Bernales Hospital, Comas 2022.

Abstract

Objective: To determine the relationship between work-related stress and the quality of care provided by nurses as perceived by adult patients in the oncology department of a public hospital in 2022. Materials and methods: A quantitative correlational study. The population will be finite and will consist of 80 nurses working in the oncology department and 120 patients receiving care in the oncology department of a public hospital in 2022. Two validated instruments will be used to collect the information that will address the proposed hypotheses. Quantitative measurements and statistical analysis will be conducted to determine the predictions or behaviors of the phenomena or problems under study. Throughout the research, ethical principles will be adhered to.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre estrés laboral y calidad de atención del enfermero percibido por el paciente adulto en el área de oncología en un hospital público 2022. Materiales y métodos: un estudio cuantitativo correlacional. La población será finita y estará constituida por 80 enfermeros que trabajan el área de oncología y 120 pacientes que se atienten en el área de oncología en un hospital público 2022. Se aplicará 2 instrumentos validados para recolectar la información que dará respuesta a las hipótesis planteadas se harán mediciones cuantitativas y análisis estadísticos para determinar las predicciones o el comportamiento, de los fenómenos o problemas planteados. Durante toda la investigación se mantendrá una conducta de investigación apegada a los principios éticos.
