Emotional state of the mother and quality of newborn care, Hospital de Ventanilla - Callao, 2022.

Abstract

Objective: to determine the relationship between the emotional state of the mother and the quality of care of the newborn. Methodology: the method that will follow the present study will be of an applied, deductive type, with a quantitative approach and its design will be non-experimental, transversal, with a correlational scope or level. The population will be made up of 50 mothers who gave birth successfully at the Ventanilla Hospital - Callao. Data collection techniques and instruments: the established population will be applied the survey technique, through closed questionnaires that allow the emotional state of the mother and the quality of care of the newborn. Both instruments were designed, validated and applied by national authors. Statistical Analysis: the coded data will be analyzed in two different ways; first in a descriptive way and second in a correlational way.

Objetivo: determina la relación entre el estado emocional de la madre y la calidad del cuidado del recién nacido. Metodología: el método que seguirá el presente estudio será de tipo aplicado, deductivo, con un enfoque cuantitativo y, su diseño será no experimental, transversal, con un alcance o nivel correlacional. la población la conformarán 50 madres que dieron a luz satisfactoriamente en el Hospital de Ventanilla – Callao. Técnicas e instrumentos de recogida de datos: a la población establecida se le aplicarán la técnica de la encuesta, a través de cuestionarios cerrados que permitan el estado emocional de la madre y calidad del cuidado del recién nacido. Ambos instrumentos fueron diseñados, validados y aplicados por autores nacionales. Análisis Estadístico: la data codificada será analizada de dos formas diferentes; primero de forma descriptiva y, segundo de forma correlacional.
