Quality of working life and its relationship with compliance with biosafety measures of the nursing professional of the surgery service, Hospital Nacional 2023

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the relationship between quality of work life and its relationship with compliance with the biosafety measures of the nursing professional of the surgery service of the Hospital Regional Nacional, 2023. Material and method: This research have a quantitative approach, using the data collection to demonstrate the hypotheses supported by statistical analysis. When we speak of a quantitative investigation, we refer to the statistical field, this is what this approach is based on, in analyzing an objective reality based on numerical measurements and statistical analyzes to determine predictions or behavior patterns of the phenomenon or problem posed.

Objetivo: Analizar la relación entre calidad de vida laboral y su relación con el cumplimiento de las medidas de bioseguridad del profesional de enfermería del servicio de cirugía del Hospital Regional Nacional, 2023. Material y método: Esta investigación tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, se utiliza la recolección de datos para hacer la demostración de las hipótesis sustentado en el análisis estadístico. Cuando hablamos de una investigación cuantitativa damos por aludido al ámbito estadístico, es en esto en lo que se fundamenta dicho enfoque, en analizar una realidad objetiva a partir de mediciones numéricas y análisis estadísticos para determinar predicciones o patrones de comportamiento del fenómeno o problema planteado.
