Factors of non-compliance with the vaccination scheme in children aged 4 years old at the Herbay Bajo health post - San Vicente - Cañete, 2020

Abstract

Objective: To identify the factors contributing to the non-compliance with the vaccination schedule in 4-year-old children at the Herbay Bajo Health Post - San Vicente - Cañete, 2020. Materials and methods: This research is quantitative, with a non-experimental, descriptive, cross-sectional, and correlational methodological design. The population will consist of 20 mothers of children aged 4 who have not been vaccinated. The participating mothers were selected based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria outlined in the research. One inclusion criterion is that the mothers must have resided for more than 2 months in the jurisdiction. The informants in this study will be the head mothers of the household. The technique used in the fieldwork will be the survey, through which a significant amount of data will be obtained in an optimal and effective manner. To determine the factors contributing to the non-compliance with the vaccination schedule, the data collection instrument will be a questionnaire by Lady Leyla Rodriguez Gallardo, which includes 21 items grouped into 3 dimensions. The responses are dichotomous for each item: "Yes" (present) scores 8-14 points, and No" (absent) scores 0-7 points.

Objetivo. Será identificar los factores del incumplimiento del Esquemas de inmunización en los niños de 4 años en el Puesto de Salud Herbay Bajo - San Vicente - Cañete, 2020 Materiales y métodos. la presente investigación es cuantitativa, el diseño metodológico no experimental, descriptivo, transversal y correlacional. la población estará constituida por 20 madres de familia que cuentan con niños de 4 años sin vacunas, las madres participantes fueron seleccionadas de acuerdo a los criterios de inclusión y exclusión planteados en la investigación, un criterio de inclusión es que participaran las madres que residan más de 2 meses en la jurisdicción. Las informantes en el presente estudio serán las madres jefas de familia. la técnica a utilizarse en el trabajo de campo será la encuesta, con la cual se obtendrá una cantidad importante de datos de forma óptima y eficaz. Para determinar los factores del incumplimiento del Esquemas de inmunización, se utilizará el instrumento de recolección de datos cuestionario, por Lady Leyla Rodriguez Gallardo, comprende 21 ítems agrupados en 3 dimensiones. Las respuestas son dicotómicas para cada uno de los ítems, Si presentes 8-14 puntos y No ausentes 0-7 puntos.
