Determine the perception about vasectomy in men and women who attend the gyneprev preventive gynecological center, 2022

Abstract

The predominant gender is the female sex with 59.5% as opposed to the male sex with 40.5%. Vasectomy is a safe family planning contraceptive procedure; The population indicates that they totally agree with 51.9%, the female population with 31.6% and the male population with 20.3%; It is also indicated that the population agrees with 29.5%, and there is another percentage that is undecided with 10.1%. Vasectomy causes the man to lose his sexual capacity; The female population concludes that they disagree with 21.9%; while the male population indicates that they are undecided with 15.6%. In cases of significant obstetric risk, in which the woman cannot undergo tubal ligation, the man should have a vasectomy. The female population concludes that they totally agree with 19.4% and the male population with 14.3% indicates that they are undecided.

Objetivo: Determinar los factores de riesgo social y reproductivo en estudios publicados diagnosticado con cáncer de cuello uterino. La muestra fue de 29 artículos publicados en el periodo del 2017 al 2022. Se empleó el sistema Grade para determinar la fuerza de recomendación de cada artículo. Resultados: Se halló que el 28% de los estudios utilizaron una metodología de tipo casos y controles, el 66% de los estudios revisados fueron de nivel alto, los factores de riesgo social para cáncer de cuello uterino, según las evidencias científicas fueron el 26% tuvieron edad <35 años, el 22% tuvieron estudios incompletos, 22% presentaron hábitos de fumar, el 17% desconocía la enfermedad, el 9% tuvieron temor al personal sanitario y el 4% son por antecedente familiar con cáncer. Conclusiones: Las evidencias científicas revisadas fueron un nivel alto.
