Nursing care and patient satisfaction with hemodialysis therapy at the San Francisco Clinic, Puente Piedra, 2023

Abstract

Objective: "To determine the relationship between nursing care and the satisfaction of patients with hemodialysis therapy at the San Francisco Clinic, Puente Piedra." The population: It will be made up of the 40 nursing professionals who work in the Hemodialysis Center of the San Francisco clinic, Puente Piedra and 66 patients who are in replacement therapy. Methodological design: The method that will be used will be hypothetical-deductive, quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional and descriptive-correlational. Instruments: they will be an observation list to measure "Nursing care"; modified by Alvan and Quiroz in Iquitos in 2021, validated by professionals and the reliability evaluated with Cronbach's Alpha of 0.870. For the second variable, the "Patient Satisfaction" questionnaire adapted by Pinchez and Salazar in Iquitos in 2020, validated by 6 experts and with Cronbach's Alpha statistical reliability of 0.920. Data processing and analysis using descriptive statistics tools with which frequency tables and figures will be built, as well as inferential statistics that will allow hypothesis testing.

Estará compuesta por las 40 profesionales enfermeros que trabajan en el Centro de Hemodiálisis de la clínica San Francisco, Puente Piedra y 66 pacientes que se encuentran en terapia sustitutoria en dicha clínica. Diseño metodológico: El método que se empleará será hipotético-deductivo, cuantitativo, tipo no experimental, transversal y descriptivo-correlacional. Instrumentos: serán una lista de observación para medir “Cuidados de enfermería”; modificado por Alvan y Quiroz en Iquitos en el 2021, validado por profesionales y la confiablidad evaluada con Alfa de Cronbach de 0,870. Para la segunda variable el cuestionario “Satisfacción del paciente” adaptado por Pinchez y Salazar en Iquitos en el 2020, validado por 6 expertos y con confiabilidad estadística Alpha de Cronbach 0,920. El Procesamiento y análisis de datos mediante herramientas de estadística descriptiva con las que se construirán tablas de frecuencia y figuras, así como estadística inferencial que permitirá realizar la prueba de hipótesis
