Traceability system in the sterilization and safety center of the surgical patient, in a specialized institute‐ 2023

Abstract

The research objective: "Traceability System in the central sterilization and surgical patient safety, in a Specialized Institute- 2023" will be in an Applied Research with a quantitative, observational, descriptive approach, cross-sectional correlational level. Where 80 nursing graduates who work in the area of the central sterilization, and surgical center will participate, to measure the variables, where 2 reliability and validation instruments will be used at the international and national level: Questionnaire of the manual traceability system, Lic. Yugoeslavo Machaca, Bolivia 2020, where you can see the sequence followed by the traceability system within the sterilization center, which contains 17 items with the dimensions History of surgical instruments and material, Application of Traceability, Location in real time and Registry, this instrument has a reliability of Cronbach's Alpha(α) of 0.92, and the Safety Attitudes Questionnaire (SAQ). It was validated by Gunnar Tschudi in 2016. Patient safety involves the interaction of the leader and the staff, the routines, attitudes, practices and awareness that influence the risks of adverse events in patient care. It has a reliability coefficient of Cronbach's alpha (α) 0.886. The data will be statistically processed with Spearman's correlation coefficient. Objetivo: “Sistema de Trazabilidad en la central de esterilización y Seguridad del paciente quirúrgico, en un Instituto Especializado‐ 2023” será una Investigación aplicada de enfoque cuantitativo, observacional, descriptivo, nivel correlacional de corte transversal. Bolivia 2020, donde se puede visualizar la secuencia que se sigue al sistema de trazabilidad dentro de la central de esterilización, contiene 17 ítems con dimensiones Historial de los instrumentos y material quirúrgico, Aplicación de la Trazabilidad, Localización en tiempo real y Registro, una confiabilidad de Alpha de Cronbach(α) de 0.92, Cuestionario de Safety Attitudes Questionnaire (SAQ). validado por Gunnar Tschudi el año 2016 Seguridad del paciente implica la interacción del líder y el personal, lasrutinas, actitudes, prácticas y la conciencia que influyen en los riesgos de eventos adversos en la atención del paciente.
