Level of knowledge and adequate management of the cold chain of the nursing professional at the Army Headquarters Medical Center, San Borja 2023

Abstract

Objective "Determining the relationship that exists between the level of knowledge and the proper management of the cold chain, of the nursing professional" the population will be made up of 30 nursing professionals who work in the health center soldier from the army headquarters. Sample: the total population, Methodological design Quantitative, descriptive approach, non-experimental design, and cross section. Instruments: To evaluate the variable "Knowledge of the cold chain" the questionnaire created by Gonzalo Quispe, Deysi; Llancari Lima, Rebeca Karina reliable through Kruder Richardson, resulting in KR= 0.889 and KR=0.757 and to evaluate the variable "Cold chain management" the observation guide created by Quispe Camala, Alicia, reliable through Cronbach's Alpha will be used, of 0.721, which indicates that the instrument is reliable for its application. The data collection technique will be the survey. Statistical processing and data analysis: it will be carried out using descriptive techniques and frequencies expressed in percentages, the statistical analysis will be based on its distribution through parametric (Pearson's Correlation) or non-parametric (Spearman's Rho correlation) statistical tests.

Objetivo “Determinar la relación que existe entre el nivel de conocimiento y el manejo adecuado de la cadena de frio, del profesional de enfermería”, población estará por 30 profesionales de enfermería que laboran el centro de salud militar del cuartel general del ejército. Muestra: el total de la población, Diseño metodológico Enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo, diseño no experimental, corte transversal. Instrumentos: Para evaluar la variable “Conocimiento de cadena de frio” se utilizará el cuestionario creado por Gonzalo Quispe, Deysi; LLancari Lima, Rebeca Karina confiable mediante Kruder Richardson, dando como resultado KR= 0.889 Y KR=0.757 y para evaluar la variable “Manejo de cadena de frio” se aplicará la guía de observación creado por Quispe Camala, Alicia, confiable mediante Alpha de Cronbach, de 0, 721, lo que indica que el instrumento es confiable para su aplicación. La técnica de recolección de datos será la encuesta. Procesamiento estadístico y análisis de datos: se realizará mediante técnicas descriptivas y frecuencias expresadas en porcentajes, el análisis estadístico será según sea su distribución a través de pruebas estadísticas paramétricas (Correlación de Pearson) o no paramétricas (Correlación Rho de Spearman).
