Work environment and its relationship with the burnout syndrome of the surgical center staff of the Hipólito Unanue national hospital, Lima 2022

Abstract

Objective: “To determine the relationship that exists between the work environment and burnout syndrome in the nursing staff of the surgical center at the Hipólito Unanue National Hospital.” Population: There will be 77 people (50 nurses and 27 technicians). Sample: The total sample will be the total population, that is, 77 people. Methodological design: The type of research will be applied. The method will be hypothetical deductive, cross-sectional. The design will be correlational. Instruments: To evaluate the variable: “Work Climate”, the questionnaire created by Mamani in 2019, reliable through Cronbach's Alpha with 0.796, will be applied and for the variable: “Burnout Syndrome”, the questionnaire created by Chuco in 2019, reliable through Cronbach's Alpha with 0.872. The survey will be used as a data collection technique. Data processing and analysis: It will be carried out through the application of the statistical description that will present the results according to levels and the inferential statistics through the application of Spearman's R test to verify the hypothesis raised in the study.

Objetivo: “Determinar la relación que existe entre el clima laboral y el síndrome de burnout en el personal de enfermería de centro quirúrgico del Hospital Nacional Hipólito Unanue”. Población: Será de 77 personas (50 enfermeros y 27 técnicos). Muestra: El total de la muestra será el total de la población, es decir, 77 personas. Diseño metodológico: El tipo de investigación será aplicada. El método será hipotético deductivo, de corte transversal. El diseño será correlacional. Instrumentos: Para evaluar la variable: “Clima Laboral”, se aplicará el cuestionario creado por Mamani en el año 2019, confiable mediante Alpha de Cronbach con 0.796 y para la variable: “Síndrome de burnout”, se aplicará el cuestionario creado por Chuco en 2019, confiable mediante Alpha de Cronbach con 0.872. Se utilizará la encuesta como técnica de recolección de datos. Procesamiento y análisis de datos: Se realizará mediante la aplicación de la descripción estadística que presentará según niveles los resultados y la estadística inferencial mediante la aplicación de la prueba R de Spearman para comprobar la hipótesis planteada en el estudio.
