Objective: Determine the relationship that exists between the quality of nursing care in its reliability dimension and satisfaction of the patients treated in the emergency area of the Lima East Hospital -Vitarte, 2023. Methodology: This study provides us with the means to measure these variables, as well as to develop research with a specific methodology that serves as a model for similar types of social research. Results: The results show that 69.9% good patient care, but 21.5% rate the quality of care as very good and 8.6% regular, on the other hand, it was found that 65.6% of the sample is satisfied with the service, and 29% were very satisfied with the nursing care, but it was found that 5.4% of the sample were regularly satisfied with the service, therefore it was concluded that there is a direct relationship between the quality of care of nursing staff Nursing and satisfaction of patients treated in the emergency area of the Lima East Hospital -Vitarte 2023. Conclusions: There is a direct relationship between the quality of care of the nursing staff and the satisfaction of the patients treated in the emergency area of the East Lima Hospital -Vitarte 2023, as p-value= 0.00 < 0.05 and according to Spearman's correlation = 0.606 > 0 H0 is rejected, that is, as long as the quality of care is good, the patient treated will be satisfied.
Resumen
Este estudio nos proporciona los medios para mediar estas variables, así como para desarrollar investigaciones con una metodología específica que sirva de modelo para tipos similares de investigación social. Los resultados muestran que el 69.9% buena atención al paciente, pero el 21.5% califica la calidad de atención como muy buena y regular el 8.6%,por otro lado, se encontró que el 65.6% de la muestra se encuentra satisfecho con el servicio, y el 29% estaban muy satisfechos por la atención de la enfermera, pero se encontró que el 5.4% de la muestra regularmente satisfecho con el servicio, por lo tanto se concluyó que existe una relación directa entre la calidad de atención del personal de enfermería y satisfacción de los pacientes atendidos en el área de emergencia hospital de Lima este -Vitarte 2023.
