Patient perception of the quality of care provided by the nursing staff in the emergency service of the Barranca - Cajatambo hospital, 2020

Abstract

In short, my work aims to improve the quality of nursing care for patients, both in an interpersonal manner and in their environment for their prompt recovery; because the patient is the most suitable person, based on the perception he provides, for an improvement towards the dignified treatment that we must provide to patients. Thanks to this research we can improve, train ourselves and thus have more patients grateful for our quality of care in the emergency service of any health entity.

En resumen, mi trabajo quiere llegar a mejorar la calidad de atención del enfermero hacia el paciente, tanto en una manera interpersonal como en su entorno para su pronta recuperación; pues el paciente es el más indicado mediante la percepción que brinda para una mejora hacia el trato digno que debemos brindar a los pacientes. Gracias a estas investigaciones podemos mejorar, capacitarnos y así tengamos más pacientes agradecidos por nuestra calidad de atención en el servicio de emergencia de cualquier entidad de salud.
