Knowledge and attitudes regarding vaccination in mothers of children under two years old attened at the Hospital of Nasca, 2021

Abstract

Introduction: anemia is a global public health problem, so nursing professionals should educate and provide the necessary knowledge to mothers so that their children do not suffer from anemia during the first years of their lives. Objective: To determine the relationship between knowledge and practice of anemia prevention measures in mothers of children under 3 years of age at the Nazca Hospital, 2023. Methods: applied, quantitative, cross-sectional and correlational study. The research population will be constituted by 168 mothers of 3-year-old children attended at the CRED service of the Nazca Hospital within one month, data collected from the Monthly Report of the Hospital Information System of said hospital. Subsequently, the data collected will proceed to elaborate a matrix in Excel 2016 to process the data through statistical analysis using SPSS vs. 27 software, and its inferential statistics will allow the contra station of the hypotheses raised. by means of Kolmogorov Smirnof normality tests and Spearman's Rho nonparametric test.

El presente trabajo su objetivo es Determinar la relación entre conocimiento y actitudes sobre vacunación en madres de niños menores de 2 años atendidos en el Hospital de Nasca, 2021 El estudio de investigación fue de tipo Básico, diseño no experimental, de nivel relacional transversal. La técnica empleada será la Encuesta, para la cual se empleará el análisis documental. El instrumento es un Cuestionario para medir la variable conocimientos, construido en base a la revisión de la literatura científica, consta de 16 ítems. La población, estará conformada por madres de niños menores de 2 años los cuales serán 90 madres según el método probabilístico que se atienden a lo largo de un mes. Se aplicará los instrumentos de recolección de datos a las madres que acudan al servicio de Crecimiento y Desarrollo para recibir las vacunas de acuerdo al calendario de vacunación, se realizará con el previo consentimiento informado de la madre, se administrará de modo individual con el cumplimiento de los protocolos de bioseguridad del SARS-CoV2, y tomará de 10 a 15 minutos aplicarlo
