Quality of nursing care and its relationship with satisfaction in mothers of children under 5 years of age, Tahuantinsuyo Alto Health Center, Lima 2023

Abstract

Introduction: the health of infants can be affected by inadequate care; therefore, it is necessary to periodically evaluate the care provided by public or private health centers in order to meet the requirements of individuals. Objective: to analyze the relationship between nursing care quality and satisfaction in mothers of children under 5 years of age, Tahuantinsuyo Alto Health Center, Lima 2023. Method: hypothetical-deductive, quantitative, basic, non-experimental-transversal; 125 mothers who have children under 5 years of age attending the CRED clinic of the Tahuantinsuyo Alto Health Center will make up the population and through probabilistic sampling, a sample of 95 mothers will be available; two questionnaires will be applied to this group: "Quality of nursing care" and "Satisfaction with nursing care", both should be subjected to validity and reliability in order to be applied. The data collected will be processed in the SPSS statistical software, its presentation will be by means of descriptive tables and graphs, to contrast the hypotheses it will be necessary to use the Kolmogorov - Smirnov test where the statistical test that will help to contrast the research hypotheses will be determined.

Introducción: la salud de los infantes puede verse afectada con una atención inadecuada, por ello es necesario evaluar periódicamente la atención brindada por los centros de salud públicos o privados con la finalidad de satisfacer los requerimientos de las personas. Objetivo: analizar la relación de calidad de atención de enfermería y satisfacción en madres de niños menores de 5 años, Centro de Salud Tahuantinsuyo Alto, Lima 2023. Método: cuantitativo, no experimental-transversal, hipotético-deductivo; 125 madres que tienen niños menores de 5 años que concurren al consultorio de CRED del Centro de Salud Tahuantinsuyo Alto conformarán la población y a través del muestreo probabilístico se dispondrá de una muestra 95 madres, a este grupo se les aplicará dos cuestionarios: “Calidad de atención de enfermería” y “Satisfacción en atención de enfermería”, ambos deberán ser sometidos a validez y confiabilidad para ser aplicados. Los datos acopiados se procesarán en el software estadístico SPSS, su presentación será por medio de tablas y gráficas descriptivas, para contrastar las hipótesis será necesario utilizar la prueba de Kolmogorov – Smirnov donde se determinará la prueba estadística que ayude a contrastar las hipótesis investigativas.
