Workload and anxiety in the nursing staff of the emergency area of ​​Daniel Alcides Carrión Hospital, Callao - 2022

Abstract

Population: 80 nursing staff members from the emergency area of the Daniel Alcides Carrión Hospital. Sample: The 80 nursing staff members according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, by non-probabilistic convenience sampling. Methodological design: The type of research will be applied. The method will be hypothetical - deductive, observational, descriptive and cross-sectional. The design to be used will be correlational. Instruments: To evaluate the variable: "Workload", the questionnaire prepared by the Spanish Institute for Safety and Hygiene at Work modified by Nieto in 2018 will be applied, reliable through Cronbach's Alpha with 0.885 and for the variable: "Anxiety", the Zung Anxiety Self-Assessment Scale will be applied adapted by Villanueva in 2017, reliable through Cronbach's Alpha 0.70. The data collection technique will be the survey. Data processing and analysis: The data obtained will be downloaded to a database and then managed in the SPSS statistical program. The software will show the type of relationship that exists between the variables, tabulating tables and figures with a high degree of statistical adjustment. The Kolmogorov - Smirnov test will be used to determine the strength of the relationship between the variables.

Población: 80 integrantes del personal de enfermería del área de emergencia del Hospital Daniel Alcides Carrión. Muestra: Las 80 integrantes de personal de enfermería según criterios de inclusión y exclusión, por muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia. Diseño metodológico: El tipo de investigación será aplicada. El método será hipotético - deductivo, observacional, descriptivo y trasversal. El diseño que se utilizará será correlacional. Instrumentos: Para evaluar la variable: “Carga laboral”, se aplicará el cuestionario elaborado por el Instituto Español de Seguridad e Higiene en el Trabajo modificado por Nieto el 2018, confiable mediante Alpha de Cronbach con 0.885 y para la variable: “Ansiedad”, se aplicará la Escala de Autoevaluación de Ansiedad de Zung adaptada por Villanueva en el 2017, confiable mediante Alpha de Cronbach 0.70. la técnica de recolección de datos será la encuesta. Procesamiento y análisis de datos: Los datos obtenidos serán descargados a una base de datos y luego manejados en el programa estadístico SPSS. El software arrojará el tipo de relación que existen entre las variables, tabulando tablas y figuras con alto grado de ajuste estadístico. Se utilizará la prueba de Kolmogorov - Smirnov, para determinar la fuerza de la relación entre las variables.
