Work accidents are a problem faced by health personnel, for this reason it has been convenient to carry out the research work entitled "Associated factors and biosafety measures in nursing professionals working in the emergency area" with the following objectives: To determine the relationship between the associated factors and biosafety measures of nursing professionals working in the emergency area of a public hospital in Amazonas 2023. The study was a nonexperimental, descriptive, cross-sectional design, with a population of 30 nursing professionals working in the emergency area of a public hospital in Amazonas. The instrument to evaluate the factors associated with Biosafety was initially developed by Carolina Camacuari Cardenas, Feliman Salome, in her thesis entitled "Factors related to the application of Biosafety measures in the Surgical Center nurse in a Peruvian hospital. A questionnaire consisting of two dimensions and 26 items was used to collect the data, as well as the guide for the application of biosafety measures prepared by MINSA. Biosafety Manual, which consists of 1 dimension and 30 items. The data collection technique will be the survey. Data processing and analysis: It will be carried out through the application of the statistical description that will present the results according to levels and inferential statistics through the application of the Chi-square test to test the hypothesis raised in the study.
Resumen
Los accidentes laborales es un problema que afronta el personal de salud, por esa razón se ha visto conveniente realizar el trabajo de investigación que tiene como título “Factores asociados a las medida de bioseguridad en profesionales de enfermería que la labora en el área de emergencia” teniendo como Objetivos: Determinar la relación existente entre los factores asociados y medidas de bioseguridad del profesional de enfermería que laboran en el área de emergencia del hospital Regional Virgen de Fátima de Chachapoyas‐ Amazonas 2023. El estudio fue de diseño no experimental, tipo descriptivo de corte transversal, con una población de 30 profesionales de enfermería. El instrumento para evaluar los factores asociados a la Bioseguridad, fue desarrollado inicialmente por Carolina Camacuari Cardenas, Feliman Salome, en su tesis titulado “Factores Relacionados con la aplicación de medidas de Bioseguridad en el enfermero del Centro Quirúrgico en un hospital peruano. Para recolectar los datos se utilizó un cuestionario que consta de dos dimensiones y 26 ítems y la guía de aplicación de medidas de bioseguridad que consta de 1dimension y 30 ítems.
