Knowledge and practice of self-care of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients at the Regional Hospital of Ayacucho 2022

Abstract

"Determine the relationship between knowledge and practice of self-care of arteriovenous fistula in patients on hemodialysis at the Ayacucho 2022 regional hospital." Population: Made up of 127 patients with hemodialysis from the Ayacucho regional hospital. Sample: 96 patients with hemodialysis from the regional hospital of Ayacucho. Stratified probability sampling will be applied. Methodological design: applied type, hypothetical deductive, observational, descriptive and transversal method. Instruments: “Knowledge” variable, the questionnaire developed by Castillo et al. (2017), Cronbach's alpha 0.843 and “Self-care practice” Cronbach's alpha 0.847. observation guide technique, instrument is checklist. Data processing and analysis: It will be based on the use of descriptive statistics, through which the results will be obtained through tables and graphs, in addition to the application of the Spearman Rho test in order to verify the hypothesis.

Determinar la relación que existe el conocimiento y práctica del autocuidado de la fistula arteriovenosa en pacientes en hemodiálisis del hospital regional de Ayacucho 2022”. Población: Conformado por 127 pacientes con hemodiálisis del hospital regional de Ayacucho. Muestra: 96 pacientes con hemodiálisis del hospital regional de Ayacucho. Se aplicará el muestreo probabilístico estratificado. Diseño metodológico: tipo aplicada, método hipotético deductivo, observacional, descriptivo y trasversal. Instrumentos: variable “Conocimiento” el cuestionario elaborado por Castillo et al. (2017), alfa de Cronbach 0.843 y “Practica de autocuidado” alfa de Cronbach 0.847. técnica guía de observación, instrumento es lista de cotejo. Procesamiento y análisis de datos: Sera en base de la utilización de la estadística descriptiva, mediante la cual se obtendrá los resultados mediante tablas y gráficos, además de la aplicación de la prueba Rho de Spearman con la finalidad de comprobar la hipótesis.
