Introduction: work factors have been increasing, and can affect the biological, chemical, ergonomic, psychosocial and physical well-being of nursing staff, which is why it is expected that the degree of job satisfaction of nursing staff has been seen altered. Objective: Determine the work factors related to the satisfaction of nursing staff in the central sterilization service of a regional hospital, Tacna 2023. Methods: applied, quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional study. The census sample will consist of 50 nursing personnel, including graduates and technicians from the central sterilization service of a regional hospital in the city of Tacna. The survey will be used to apply the semi-structured questionnaire of work factors, developed by Sofía Reymundez Puchare in Ayacucho, and was validated in 2015, and the job satisfaction questionnaire (SL-SPC) which was developed by the psychologist Sonia Palma Cerrillos’s, both questionnaires on a Likert-type scale for the target population, are validated and reliable for measuring the variables in question. The collected data will be processed in SPSS version 23 and the hypotheses will be tested using the Spearman correlation coefficient statistical test that determines the interaction between the two analysis variables and their elements.
Resumen
Introducción: los factores laborales han ido en aumento, pudiendo afectar el bienestar biológicos, químicos, ergonómicos, psicosociales y físicos del personal de enfermería, es por ello que se espera que el grado de satisfacción en el trabajo del personal de enfermería, se haya visto alterado. Objetivo: Determinar los factores laborales relacionados con la satisfacción del personal de enfermería del servicio de central de esterilización de un hospital regional, Tacna 2023. Métodos: estudio de tipo aplicado, cuantitativo, correlacional y transversal. La muestra censal estará constituida por 50 personales de enfermería entre licenciados y técnicos del servicio de central de esterilización de un hospital regional de la ciudad de Tacna. Se usará la encuesta para aplicar el cuestionario semiestructurado de factores laborales, elaborado por Sofía Reymundez Puchare en Ayacucho, y fue validado en el año 2015, y el cuestionario de satisfacción laboral (SL-SPC) el cual fue elaborado por la psicóloga Sonia Palma Carrillodos, ambos cuestionarios en escala de tipo Likert para la población objetivo, están validados y son confiables para medir las variables en cuestión. Los datos recolectados serán procesados en SPSS versión 23 y las hipótesis se probarán usando la prueba estadística del coeficiente de correlación de Spearman que determina la interacción entre las dos variables de análisis y sus elementos.
