Objective: To determine the relationship between humanized care and job performance of nurses in covid time in emergency service in a hospital in Miraflores, Lima – 2023. Materials and methodology: This research utilized the hypothetic deductive method, quantitative approach, applied type, non experimental design and correlation and crosssection level. The population was formed by 50 nurses who work in emergency service of a hospital in Miraflores district in Lima – Peru. It will use the non probabilistic convenience sampling. The technique to collect the information will be the survey and the instruments will be used the questionnaires. For the first variable humanized care, it will be used an instrument to measure this variable with 20 items and it is divided by the next dimensions: the development of a relationship of support and confidence, the acceptation of expressions of positive and negative sentiments, the promotion of an interpersonal teaching learning. For the second variable job performance, it will be used an instrument to measure this variable between the nurses with 10 items and it is divided by two dimensions: goals achievement, skills and personality traits. This study was based by the national and international precedents.
Resumen
Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre el cuidado humanizado y desempeño laboral del profesional de enfermería en tiempos de COVID en el servicio de emergencia de un hospital de Miraflores, Lima - 2023. Material y método: El presente trabajo utilizo el método hipotético deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo de tipo aplicado, diseño no experimental y nivel correlacional de corte transversal. La población está constituida por 50 enfermeras que laboran en servicio de emergencia de un hospital del distrito de Miraflores de Lima – Perú. Se realizará un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia. La técnica para la recolección de datos será la encuesta y los instrumentos serán los cuestionarios. Para la primera variable cuidado humanizado se aplicará el instrumento sobre cuidado humanizado en tiempos de covid, el cual consta de 10 ítems y se divide en las siguientes dimensiones: El desarrollo de una relación de ayuda y confianza, La aceptación de expresiones de sentimientos positivos y negativos, La promoción de una enseñanza - aprendizaje interpersonal. Para la segunda variable desempeño laboral se aplicará el instrumento que medirá el desempeño laboral del profesional de enfermería que consta de 20 ítems y se divide en dos dimensiones: logro de metas, competencias y rasgos de personalidad. Esta investigación se encuentra sustentada por los antecedentes nacionales e internacionales que abordan el tema.
