Gestión presupuestal y brechas de servicios públicos en la Región Ayacucho, Perú periodo 2020-2022

Abstract

La presente tesis se enfoca en determinar la influencia de la gestión presupuestal en la reducción de las brechas de servicios públicos en la Región Ayacucho, Perú, durante el periodo de estudio comprendido entre enero de 2020 y diciembre de 2022. El enfoque metodológico adoptado es cuantitativo, con un nivel explicativo y una metodología de tipo hipotético deductivo. La población de estudio se basó en el reporte de información estadística durante el periodo mencionado. Los resultados obtenidos a través del análisis estadístico revelaron que el valor de significancia (p-valor) obtenido en la prueba de Anova fue de 0.641. Este valor, al ser superior al nivel de significancia establecido (α = 0.05), indica la necesidad de rechazar la hipótesis alterna y, en su lugar, aceptar la hipótesis nula. En consecuencia, se concluye que no se encontró una influencia significativa entre las variables analizadas en el estudio. Específicamente, la gestión presupuestal, la aprobación presupuestaria, la ejecución presupuestaria y la evaluación presupuestaria no demostraron una influencia estadísticamente significativa en la reducción de las brechas de servicios públicos en la Región Ayacucho durante el periodo en cuestión.

Present research focuses on determining the influence of budgetary management on the reduction of public service gaps in the Ayacucho Region, Peru, during the study period from January 2020 to December 2022. The adopted methodological approach is quantitative, with an explanatory level and a deductive hypothetical methodology. The study population was based on statistical information reports during the mentioned period. The results obtained through statistical analysis revealed that the significance value (p-value) obtained in the Anova test was 0.641. This value, being higher than the established significance level (α = 0.05), indicates the need to reject the alternative hypothesis and accept the null hypothesis. Consequently, it is concluded that no significant influence was found between the variables analyzed in the study. Specifically, budgetary management, budget approval, budget execution, and budget evaluation did not demonstrate a statistically significant influence on the reduction of public service gaps in the Ayacucho Region during the study period.
