Level of knowledge about the sterilization process and its relationship with work motivation in the nursing staff of the surgical center of Hospital III Goyeneche -Arequipa, 2023

Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the relationship between the knowledge about the sterilization process and level of motivation in the nursing staff of the Surgical Center service of the Hospital III Goyeneche -Arequipa, 2023. Material and method: This research have a quantitative approach, because data collection is used to demonstrate the hypothesis, doing the statistical analysis and the analysis of the qualities or attributes described to determine the results of the behavioral models in a population. It is one that uses numerical magnitudes to express its work, through experimental or statistical techniques, the results of which are then mathematically representable. Its name comes from quantity or quantification, that is, numbering.

Evaluar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento sobre el proceso de esterilización y su relación con la motivación laboral en el personal de enfermería del servicio de Centro Quirúrgico del Hospital III Goyeneche -Arequipa, 2023. Material y método: Esta investigación tiene enfoque cuantitativo, porque se utiliza la recolección de datos para así demostrar la hipótesis, haciendo el análisis estadístico y el análisis de las cualidades o atributos descritos para determinar los resultados de los modelos de conducta en una población. Es aquella que emplea magnitudes numéricas para expresar su trabajo, mediante técnicas experimentales o estadísticas, cuyos resultados son representables luego matemáticamente. Su nombre proviene de cantidad o cuantificación, o sea, numeración.
