Resumen
Objective: "To determine the relationship between self-care and quality of life of patients with chronic kidney disease in the Internal Medicine Service at a Hospital in Chanchamayo, 2023". Population: It will be made up of the 40 patients with chronic kidney disease who are treated in the internal medicine service. Sample: It will be made up of 40 patients, a census sample will be used. Methodological design: The type of research will be applied, the method that will be used will be hypothetical-deductive, observational, descriptive and transversal type; correlational study. Instruments: they will be a Questionnaire to measure "Self-care"; adapted by Segura and Arango in Ica in 2021, validated by professionals and the reliability evaluated with Cronbach's Alpha of 0.884. For the second variable, the "Quality of life" questionnaire modified and adapted by Lliuyac in Lima in 2019, which has Cronbach's Alpha statistical reliability of 0.86. For data processing and analysis, descriptive statistics will be used to prepare the absolute and relative frequency tables, as well as graphs and inferential statistics to carry out the hypothesis test.
Resumen
Objetivo: “Determinar la relación entre autocuidado y Calidad de vida de los pacientes con Enfermedad Renal Crónica en el Servicio de Medicina Interna en un Hospital de Chanchamayo, 2023”. La Población: Estará compuesta por las 40 pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica que se atienden en el servicio de medicina interna. Diseño metodológico: El tipo de investigación será aplicada, el método que se empleará será hipotético- deductivo, tipo observacional, descriptivo y transversal; estudio correlacional. Instrumentos: serán Cuestionario para medir “Autocuidado”; adaptado por Segura y Arango en Ica en el 2021, validado por profesionales y la confiablidad evaluada con Alfa de Cronbach de 0,884. Para la segunda variable el cuestionario “Calidad de vida” modificado y adaptado por Lliuyac en Lima en el 2019, que cuenta con confiabilidad estadistíca Alpha de Cronbach 0,86. El Procesamiento y análisis de datos se utilizará la estadística descriptiva con las que se elaborarán las tablas de frecuencia absolutas y relativas, así como las gráficas y estadística inferencial para llevar a cabo la prueba de hipótesis.
