Nursing care and its influence on the patient's recovery process in the intensive care unit of the Dos de Mayo national hospital, Lima – 2020

Abstract

This research work studies: Nursing care and its influence on the patient's recovery process in the Intensive Care Unit of the Dos de Mayo National Hospital, Lima - 2020. The research approach was quantitative, the research design was non-experimental cross-sectional correlational, the study method used was the scientific method, that is, the researcher meditated in a reasoned manner, using the deductive method, to respond to the problems. raised and its main support is observation, that is, it formulates provisional working hypotheses, to be accepted or rejected at the stage of execution or development of the research, becoming a scientific hypothesis, when verified with the application of the data collection instrument. data, surveying in a determined population, the techniques used in this research were unstructured observation, structured survey and documentary sources with each of their instruments, to collect the information a questionnaire was constructed, with questions to measure the study variables, Then the instrument is applied to collect data, the information is statistically processed using the SPSS25.0 statistical package, for the analysis and interpretation of data, statistical tables and figures are taken into account and finally the general conclusion is reached that nursing care significantly influences the patient's recovery process from the ICU of the Dos de Mayo National Hospital, Lima-2020. The study has been structured in an organized body of contents of three chapters with their respective subchapters or components, thus demonstrating the research with sufficient statistical evidence.

El presente trabajo de investigación estudia: Cuidado de enfermería y su influencia en el proceso de recuperación del paciente de la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos del Hospital Nacional Dos de Mayo, Lima – 2020. El enfoque de investigación fue cuantitativo, el diseño de investigación fue no experimental transversal correlacional, el método de estudio que se utilizó fue el método científico, es decir, la investigadora medito de manera razonada, haciendo uso del método deductivo, para responder a los problemas planteados y tiene como principal soporte, la observación, es decir formula hipótesis de trabajo provisional, para ser aceptada o rechazada en la etapa de la ejecución o desarrollo de la investigación, convirtiéndose en hipótesis científica, al comprobar con la aplicación del instrumento de recolección de datos, encuestándose en una población determinada, las técnicas utilizadas en la presente investigación fueron la observación no estructurada, la encuesta estructurada y las fuentes documentales con cada uno de sus instrumentos, para la recolección de la información se construyó un cuestionario, con preguntas para medir las variables de estudio, luego se aplica el instrumento para recolectar datos, se procesa estadísticamente la información haciendo uso del paquete estadístico SPSS25.0, para el análisis e interpretación de datos se tiene en cuenta tablas y figuras estadísticas y finalmente llega a la conclusión general que el cuidado de enfermería influye significativamente en el proceso de recuperación del paciente de la UCI del Hospital Nacional dos de Mayo, Lima-2020. El estudio se ha estructurado en un cuerpo organizado de contenidos de tres capítulos con sus respectivos subcapítulos o componentes, quedando demostrada así la investigación con suficientes evidencias estadísticas.
