Level of occupational stress in nurses of the emergency department of Ventanilla Hospital, Callao-2021

Abstract

Determine the level of work stress in nurses in the emergency service of the Ventanilla Hospital, 2021. Material and method: This academic work is descriptive, with a quantitative approach, non-experimental and transversal design. The study population will be made up of 30 nurses from the emergency service of the Ventanilla hospital in the constitutional province of Callo, Peru. The technique to be used is the survey with the validated international evaluation test instrument: “The Nursing Stress Scale (NSS)”, which will be applied with prior institutional authorization and with the informed consent of each participant. The data will be entered into a data matrix designed in the Microsoft Excel 2013 program. The results will be processed into statistical tables and graphs in SPSS version 22.0 for analysis and interpretation considering the theoretical framework.

Determinar el nivel de estrés laboral en enfermeros del servicio de emergencia del Hospital Ventanilla, 2021. Material y método: El presente trabajo académico es de tipo descriptivo, con enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental y transversal. La población del estudio estará conformada por 30 enfermeros del servicio de emergencia del hospital Ventanilla de la provincia constitucional del Callo del Perú. La técnica a utilizar es la encuesta con el instrumento test internacional de evaluación validada: “The Nursing Stress Scale (NSS)», la cual será aplicada previa autorización institucional y con el consentimiento informado de cada participante. Los datos serán ingresados en una matriz de datos diseñados en el programa Microsoft Excel 2013. Los resultados serán Procesados en tablas y gráficos estadísticos en SPSS versión 22.0 para el análisis e interpretación considerando el marco teórico.
