Burnout syndrome and job performance of post-pandemic nursing professionals at a national hospital, 2023

Abstract

The objective of this work is to determine the relationship between burnout syndrome and job performance of the nursing professional in post-pandemia of a National Hospital, being its methodology the hypothetical-deductive method, non-experimental design with a quantitative, descriptive, correlational, applied, cross-sectional approach; The instruments to be used for this research will be the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) questionnaire and the Individual Work Performance Scale (IWPQ), which are validated; both instruments have a reliability (0. 90 in Cronbach's alpha) statistical, will have a duration of 40 minutes in data collection for each participant, for its analysis and interpretation will be through tables and graphs; will be used as statistical estimation Spearman's test for the contracting of the hypothesis, with a confidence level of 95%, an error of 5%, which will be reflected in both variables in a contingency table.

Este trabajo tiene por objetivo, Determinar la relación entre el síndrome de burnout y desempeño laboral del profesional de enfermería en postpandemia de un Hospital Nacional, 2023, siendo su metodología el método hipotético-deductivo, diseño no experimental con enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo, correlacional, aplicada, corte transversal; siendo los 50 profesionales de enfermería como muestra, los instrumentos que se emplearan para dicha investigación será el cuestionario Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) y la Escala de Desempeño Laboral Individual (IWPQ), los cuales se encuentran validados; ambos instrumentos cuenta con una confiabilidad (de 0.90 en el alfa de Cronbach) estadística, tendrá una duración de 40 minutos en la recolección de datos para cada participante, para su análisis e interpretación será mediante de tablas y gráficos; se utilizará cómo estimación estadística la Prueba de Spearman para la contratación de la hipótesis, con un nivel de confianza del 95%, un error del 5%, que se plasmara de ambas variables en tabla de contingencia
