Pain management and its relationship with nursing care in gynecological post-surgical patients in a public hospital, Arequipa 2023

Abstract

The present investigation will be carried out with the objective of analyzing if there is a relationship between pain management and nursing care in gynecological post-surgical patients in a public Hospital, Arequipa 2023. The applied type methodology, quantitative approach, nonexperimental design, correlational level. Being a sample of 174 post-surgical patients, chosen by simple random probabilistic sampling; and for data collection, the survey technique and instrument will be used: a structured questionnaire for each variable validated by expert judges, a Pearson 0.255 correlation test and a reliability according to Cronbach's Alpha 0.701. Concluding that, the project will take into account as a priority ethical consideration such as autonomy, beneficence and justice during the entire development of the study.

La presente investigación se realizará con el objetivo de analizar si existe relación entre el manejo del dolor y el cuidado de enfermería en pacientes posquirúrgicos ginecológicos en un Hospital público, Arequipa 2023. La metodología tipo aplicada, enfoque cuantitativo, el diseño no experimental, nivel correlacional. Siendo una muestra de 174 pacientes postquirúrgicas, elegidos por muestreo probabilístico aleatorio simple; y para la recolección de los datos se usará la técnica de la encuesta y de instrumento un cuestionario estructurado para cada variable validado por jueces expertos, una prueba de correlación de Pearson 0.255 y una confiabilidad según Alpha de Cronbach 0.701. Concluyéndose que, el proyecto tendrá presente como prioridad las consideraciones éticas tales como la autonomía, beneficencia y justicia durante el todo el desarrollo del estudio.
