Humanized care provided by the nursing professional and its relationship with the emotional state of the patient, in the medical service of a national hospital 2021

Abstract

Objective: To determine the level of relationship between humanized care provided by the nursing professional and the emotional state of the patient, in the medicine service of a national hospital 2021 Material and methods: This research has a quantitative approach, a non-experimental, cross-sectional and descriptive correlational design with a sample composed of 80 patients. Regarding the results obtained from this research, it has been found that 35% of patients interviewed perceived the level of humanized care of nursing professionals as totally favorable compared to 45% of patients who present an unfavorable emotional state. In addition, a significance equal to 0.000 has been obtained, being less than 0.05, the relationship between the variables in question has been established; having as a degree of relationship a Spearman's Rho coefficient equal to 0.627. Therefore, it is concluded that humanized care is directly related to the emotional state of patients.

Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de relación entre cuidado humanizado que brinda el Enfermería con el estado emocional del paciente, en el servicio de medicina de un hospital nacional 2021 Material y métodos: Esta investigación es de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental transversal y descriptivo correlacional con una muestra compuesta por 80 pacientes. en cuanto a los resultados obtenidos de esta investigación, se ha encontrado que el 35% de pacientes entrevistados percibieron como totalmente favorable el nivel de cuidado humanizado de los Enfermería frente a un 45% de pacientes que presentan un desfavorable estado emocional. Además, se ha obtenido una significancia igual a 0.000 siendo menor a 0.05 se ha establecido la relación entre las variables en mención; teniendo como grado de relación un coeficiente Rho de Spearman igual a 0.627. Por lo que se concluye que el cuidado humanizado se relaciona directamente con el estado emocional de los pacientes.
