Humanized care of the nursing professional and satisfaction of patients discharged from the intensive care unit of the Edgardo Rebagliati Martins National Hospital, Lima 2022.

Abstract

The present research titled: “Humanized care by nursing professionals and patient satisfaction upon discharge in the intensive care unit of the Edgardo Rebagliati Martins National Hospital - 2022” has the main objective of analyzing the relationship between humanized care by nursing professionals and patient satisfaction upon discharge from the intensive care unit of the Edgardo Rebagliati Martins National Hospital in 2022. The study is correlational, aiming to measure the relationship between the variables without manipulating them. Non-probability convenience sampling was used, with a sample consisting of 45 patients. The techniques employed included surveys and document analysis, with the instruments based on a Likert-type scale. Regarding the reliability of the humanized care variable, the Cronbach's alpha was 0.96, supporting the claim that the instrument is reliable.

La presente investigación titulada: “cuidado humanizado del profesional de enfermería y satisfacción de pacientes en condición de alta en la unidad de cuidados intensivo del Hospital Nacional Edgardo Rebagliati Martins-2022” teniendo el objetivo principal: analizar la relación del cuidado humanizado de profesional de enfermería con la satisfacción de pacientes en condición de alta en la unidad de cuidados intensivos del Hospital Nacional Edgardo Rebagliati Martins 2022. El estudio es correlacional, pretende medir la relación entre las variables sin manipular la variable. Se utilizó el muestreo no probabilístico a conveniencia, la muestra fueron 45 pacientes, la técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y el análisis documental y como instrumentos, la escala tipo lickert. Respecto a la confiablidad de la variable cuidado humanizado tiene como alfa de cronbach. 0,96, por lo cual se sostiene que el instrumento es confiable.
