Knowledge and practices of the traceability system in the Hospital II EsSalud Tarapoto Central Sterilization Service, 2022

Abstract

Objective: To determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and practice of the traceability system by the nursing staff in the sterilization center Hospital II EsSalud Tarapoto 2022. Methodology: Quantitative approach, cross-sectional study and correlational design. The population Census sampling, which will participate in the entire population of 20 nurses who work in the operating room, who meet the selection requirements set out in the research, no sample size was calculated. Data Collection Techniques and Instruments: The survey technique will be used for variable 1, knowledge, regarding variable 2, observation will be used, practice; the instrument for variable 1 will be the questionnaire, in the case of variable 2, a checklist. Procedures: Data collection will be carried out in 1 month, at Hospital II EsSalud Tarapoto. Once the information is collected through the application of the instrument, the data will be entered into a base in the SPSS Version 25.0 program. Statistical Analysis: For the descriptive analysis, frequency tables, graphic representations will be used; For the contracting of the hypothesis, the Chi square test will be used, accepting as significant values p <0.05.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y práctica en el sistema de trazabilidad del Servicio Central de Esterilización del Hospital EsSalud Tarapoto II en el año 2022. Metodología. El estudio utilizó un método cuantitativo, un diseño transversal y correlacional. Muestreo poblacional, toda la población de 20 enfermeras que estarán involucradas en el trabajo del centro de esterilización, cumple con los requisitos de selección del estudio, excluyendo el tamaño de la muestra. Técnicas y herramientas de recolección de datos: Se utilizarán métodos de encuesta para la variable 1, conocimiento, sobre la variable 2, observación, práctica, la herramienta para la variable 1 será un cuestionario y la herramienta para la variable 2 será una lista de verificación. Procedimiento: La recolección de datos se realizará después de 1 mes en el Hospital EsSalud Tarapoto II. Luego de recolectada la información con la aplicación del instrumento, los datos fueron ingresados a la base de datos SPSS versión 25.0. Análisis estadístico: se utilizarán tablas de frecuencia, representaciones gráficas para el análisis descriptivo; para los supuestos de contracción se utilizarán pruebas de chicuadrado, considerándose significativos los valores de p<0,05.
