Humanized nursing care and anxiety level in preoperative patients, surgical center of the Jesus del Norte Clinic, Lima 2024

Abstract

This research aims to: Analyze the relationship of the level of anxiety with humanized nursing care in preoperative patients, Surgical Center of the Jesús del Norte Clinic Lima 2023. The methodology: Hypothetical-deductive method, observational design, quantitative, descriptive, applied, correlational, cross-sectional method; The sample will be composed of 83 preoperative patients and the instrument used for the research work. They will be: Two validated questionnaires with a high reliability of 0.882 and 0.800 respectively. Gathering information will take approximately 25 minutes for each participant. Tables and graphs will be used for the analysis and interpretation of the results obtained from the information of the study sample and the analysis of the SPSS 25.0 program. Likewise, to test the hypothesis, the Spearman test will be used as a statistical estimate with a confidence level of 95% from which the conclusions of the study that support the recommendations made in this regard can be drawn.

Esta investigación tiene como Objetivo: Analizar la relación entre el cuidado humanizado de enfermería y el nivel de ansiedad en pacientes preoperatorios, Centro Quirúrgico de la Clínica Jesús del Norte, Lima 2024. La metodología: Método hipotético-deductivo, diseño observacional, método cuantitativo, descriptivo, aplicado, correlacional, transversal; la muestra estará compuesta por 83 pacientes preoperatorios y el instrumento utilizado para el trabajo de investigación. serán: Dos cuestionarios validados con una confiabilidad alta de 0,882 y 0,800 respectivamente. La recopilación de información tomará aproximadamente 25 minutos por cada participante. Se utilizarán tablas y gráficos para el análisis e interpretación en los resultados obtenidos de la información de la muestra de estudio y el análisis del programa SPSS 25.0. Asimismo, para probar la hipótesis se utilizará como estimación estadística la prueba de Spearman con un nivel de confianza del 95% del cual se podrán extraer las conclusiones del estudio que sustentan las recomendaciones realizadas al respecto.
