Knowledge of mothers about the importance of breastfeeding in children under one year old at the Salamanca Health Center 2019.

Abstract

The research on “Knowledge of mothers about the importance of breastfeeding in children under 1 year of age at the Salamanca health center.” Research with a descriptive, quantitative approach. The sample consists of 80 mothers who have children under RN up to one (1) year old. A questionnaire with twenty-three (23) questions was used, focused on five dimensions; exclusivity, advantages, composition, production mechanisms, breastfeeding technique. Breast milk is a nutritious food with many advantages for growth, development and psycho-affective. The contributions of research contribute to improving children's comprehensive health and quality of life.

La investigación sobre “Conocimiento de las madres sobre la importancia de lactancia materna en niños menores (1) año en el centro de salud Salamanca”. La investigación con enfoque descriptivo, cuantitativo. La muestra constituida por 80 madres que cuentan con niños menores de RN hasta un (1) año. Se utilizo un cuestionario con veinte y tres (23) preguntas, enfocada en cinco dimensiones; exclusividad, ventajas, composición, mecanismos de producción, técnica de amamantamiento. Leche materna es un alimento nutritivo con muchas ventajas para el crecimiento, desarrollo y psicoafectivo. Los aportes de la investigación contribuyen a mejorar la salud integral infantil y calidad de vida.
