Risk factors in the development of chronic kidney disease in patients treated at the Ayacucho hospital, January 2021 – December 2021

Abstract

Objective: Determine the risk factors in the development of Chronic Kidney Disease in patients treated at the Ayacucho hospital, January 2021 - December 2021. Methodology: Deductive method, quantitative approach, basic, descriptive type and cross-sectional design. The population: There will be 80 medical records of patients diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease at the Ayacucho hospital from January to December 2021. Data collection technique and instrument: The documentary analysis technique will be applied and a data collection sheet as an instrument. Procedures: Data collection will be carried out over a period of 3 months, in the admission service, where all the medical records of the users treated at the Ayacucho hospital are located. Once the information has been collected in the instrument, it will be entered into a data carrier of a statistical program SPSS version 25. Statistical analysis: The statistical comparison and verification of the results will be carried out in a descriptive frequency table, with their respective graphs.

Objetivo: Determinar los factores de riesgo en el desarrollo de Enfermedad Renal Crónica en los pacientes atendidos en el hospital de Ayacucho, enero 2021 – diciembre del 2021. Metodología: Método deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básica, descriptivo y diseño transversal. La población: Será 80 historias clínicas de pacientes diagnosticados con Enfermedad Renal Crónica en el hospital de Ayacucho de enero a diciembre 2021. Técnica e instrumento de recolección de datos: Se Aplicará la técnica de análisis documental y como instrumento una ficha de recolección de datos. Procedimientos: La recopilación de los datos se llevará a cabo en periodo de 3 meses, en el servicio de admisión, lugar en el cual se encuentran todas las historias clínicas de los usuarios atendidos en el hospital de Ayacucho. Una vez recabada la información en el instrumento, se ingresarán a un soporte de datos de un programa estadístico SPSS versión 25. Análisis estadístico: Se realizarán la comparación estadística y comprobación de los resultados en una tabla de frecuencias, descriptiva, con sus gráficos respectivos.
