User satisfaction level in nursing care at a Community Mental Health Center during the national emergency by covid-19, Los Olivos, 2020

Abstract

The objective of the study is: “To determine the level of satisfaction of users regarding nursing care at a Community Mental Health Center during the national emergency due to COVID-19”. Methodology: The study has a quantitative approach, descriptive design, and is cross-sectional. The study population consisted of 80 users who attended a Community Mental Health Center during the month of June. From these, a sample of 66 users was obtained. A Baker instrument adapted to Spanish was used to measure the level of satisfaction in primary care. This instrument consisted of 18 items, with Likert scale-type questions, distributed in the following dimensions: 1) general satisfaction, 2) care offered by the nurse, 3) time dedicated to care, and 4) the depth of the nurse-patient relationship.

El estudio tiene como Objetivo: “Determinar el nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios frente a la atención de enfermería en un Centro de Salud Mental Comunitario durante la emergencia nacional por la COVID-19”. Metodología: El estudio es de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño descriptivo, de corte transversal. la población de estudio estuvo constituida por 80 usuarios que asisten a un Centro de Salud Mental Comunitario durante el mes de junio. de los cuales se obtuvo una muestra de 66 usuarios. Se utilizó un instrumento Baker adaptado al español para la medición del nivel de satisfacción en atención primaria. Dicho instrumento estuvo constituido por 18 ítems, con preguntas tipo escala Likert, distribuido en las siguientes dimensiones: 1) satisfacción general, 2) cuidados ofrecidos por la enfermera, 3) tiempo dedicado a la atención y 4) la profundidad de la relación enfermera-paciente.
