Organizational climate and its relationship with the job satisfaction of the nursing professional who works in the surgical center of the Huacho regional hospital, 2023

Abstract

The General Objective of this research is to analyze the relationship between the organizational climate and the job satisfaction of nurses working in the Surgical Center of the Regional Hospital of Huacho, 2023. Materials and Methods: This research is quantitative, descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional, which will help us to obtain the necessary results to reach the set goal. The population is made up mostly of 45 nursing participants from the surgical center of the Regional Hospital of Huacho who meet the inclusion criteria. In addition, surveys or questionnaires will be used to measure these variables. With the due validation of Taipe's work in 2023, which in turn was validated by expert judges in management and whose reliability will be evaluated by means of Cronbach test that resulted 0.84 value for V1 and 0.88 for V2 respectively. The results will be presented for analysis and discussion together with the theoretical framework in statistical tables and graphs. In order to calculate the correlation of the variables and their hypotheses, the inferential test will be used using Spearman's Rho statistic in a convenient way.

La investigación que se presenta tiene el Objetivo general: Analizar la relación del clima organizacional con la satisfacción laboral del profesional de enfermería que labora en el Centro Quirúrgico del Hospital Regional de Huacho, 2023. Materiales y Métodos: Esta investigación es cuantitativa, descriptiva, correlacional y transversal, lo que nos ayudará a obtener los resultados necesarios para llegar a la meta fijada. Población conformada en su mayoría por 45 participantes de enfermería del centro quirúrgico del Hospital Regional de Huacho que cumplen los criterios de inclusión. Además, se utilizarán encuestas o cuestionarios para medir estas variables. Con la debida validación del trabajo de Taipe en 2023, que a su vez fue validado por jueces expertos en gerencia y cuya confiabilidad se evaluará por medio de prueba Cronbach que resultó 0.84 de valor para la V1 y 0.88 para la V2 respectivamente. Los resultados se presentarán para su análisis y discusión junto con el marco teórico en tablas y gráficos estadísticos. Para calcular la correlación de las variables y sus hipótesis se utilizará la prueba inferencial utilizando el estadístico Rho de Spearman de manera conveniente.
